Information note according to the art. 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code "Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali": In respect of the cited D.Lgs, we provide you a synthetical explanation of the aims and methods of handling your personal data. According to the article 7 D.Lgs n. 196/2003, the interested party has the right to access his personal data, to verify their use or, if needed, to correct and bring them up to date within the limits provided by the law. In case of law violation he has the right to ask for their removal or oppose their treatment.

The Title-Holder of the data is B&G Comunicazione Srl, via Colombo 15/2 – 16121 Genova, that can gather and treat general data about people visiting B&G's website.
2) Data management
All the data managed by B&G Comunicazione are located in the above-mentioned head office.
In case of any changes in our "privacy policy" due to the course of time, law modifications or new technologies, B&G Comunicazione Srl will publish and point out them in the company's website.
