Accessibility and Usability - "Web available for everybody"

With regard to Italy, according to law 04/2004 (the so-called "Legge Stanca"), the following subjects have to conform their sites to ensure full accessibility for disabled people:

4. public health care and rehabilitation organizations;
5. transport and telecommunication organizations with majority shared owned by public organizations;
